Video Game Room

Organizes and runs a video gaming room, including supplies, hardware and volunteers. Often outsourced to local societies by necessity.

• You are responsible for being the point of communication for the video games room.
• Contact them to notify we want them to be apart of the con
• Make sure they know the sizing/dimensions of the room + outlets, etc. Especially if it’s a new/different room then they are used to
• Ask them to create a BEO for their layout for the room so the hotel can set things up
